Qualifications

• Must have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years senior admin experience or HS diploma with 7+ years admin experience.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is required.
• Experience assisting with budget management/analysis is required.
• Experience creating, gathering and tracking departmental reports is required.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Schedules interviews, hiring, credentialing and exit processes; tracks vacancy status.
• Oversees timekeeping, attendance, and leave records; coordinates with payroll.
• Assists with development and management of department budgets.
• Coordinates purchasing and payment processes with supply chain and finance teams.
• Collects data, analyzes and produces management reports; supports quality plans.
