Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client management, healthcare operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, or cross-functional partners.
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance and making recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
