CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management to manage Meritain's partner portfolio, drive service excellence, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve client and member experiences.

You will partner with account executives, client management teams, implementations, and operations to monitor performance, resolve issues, and support governance. This role emphasizes relationship management, process improvement, and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of account management, client management, healthcare operations, project management, or related experience.
• Experience managing operational relationships with clients, vendors, business partners, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution and drive outcomes across multiple functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to diverse audiences.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams and business partners.
