Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party benefits administrator with 30+ years of experience. The Account Executive II will manage front-line relationships with key clients (5,000+ employees), distributors, and executives, while leading a dedicated team to support the block of business.

You will drive strategy, deliver complex reports, respond quickly to inquiries, and pursue opportunities to upsell products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related work experience.
• Experience in the health insurance or benefits administration industry.
• 2+ years direct supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small block of clients (5,000+ employees) and retain revenue/profitability.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and ensure resolution.
• Develop and deliver plan performance reports and vendor/partner reviews.
• Mentor and supervise Account Managers and Associates within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for renewals, implementations, and problem resolution.
