Job summary

WebTPA Employer Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven Account Executive I to manage a portfolio of mid-sized employer clients, lead strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional delivery of health benefit solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing plan performance, upselling WebTPA products where appropriate, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of health insurance/benefits administration client-serving experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Healthcare Administration.
• General Lines license – life, accident, health, and HMO (LAH).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a block of mid-sized employer clients and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
• Analyze plan performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Support renewals and contract deliverables.
