Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5–7 years of Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment and benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects.
• Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions.
• Proactively identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution.
• Define test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support UAT activities.
• Participate in validation/testing to ensure results meet requirements.
• Collaborate on development, execution, and transition of interim needs.
• Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before/after code migrations.
• Perform data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects.
• Craft training and reference materials for participant services.
• Participate in Procedure Improvement Initiatives.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates.
• Perform Quality Assurance Validation checks on Annual Enrollment and ongoing project work.
