You will act as the requirements expert for client-advised projects and ensure systems function according to detailed business requirements. The role demands 5-7 years in Health and Welfare Enrollment and benefits administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with data analysis and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5-7 years of Health and Welfare Annual Enrollment and 5-7 years of benefits administration or outsourcing administration (H&W).
• Customer-obsessed with ability to balance customer service and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects.
• Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions.
• Proactively identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution.
• Define test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities.
• Validate and test to ensure results meet client and product requirements.
• Collaborate on development, execution, and transition of interim needs.
• Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations.
• Perform data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects.
• Craft training and reference materials for participant services.
• Participate in Procedure Improvement Initiatives.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates.
• Perform Quality Assurance Validation checks on Annual Enrollment and ongoing project work.
