Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Health and Welfare Consultant Business Analyst to join the Center of Excellence Implementation and Migration team. You will craft business requirements for plan sponsors and ensure systems align with the detailed business needs, supporting client projects and data conversions.

You will work with a team of Health and Welfare professionals to deliver scalable technology, improve processes, and provide training materials for participant services while staying current on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience.
• Understanding of benefits administration system.
• Prior client implementation or platform migration experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel with VLOOKUP.
• Ability to independently manage workload and analyze complex requirements.
• Regulatory knowledge in aligned service area (ERISA, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Document findings and support process improvement.
• Assist with data conversion load and validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support for client advised projects to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Act as requirements expert for Health and Welfare initiatives within Fidelity COE.
• Collaborate with clients and technology partners on requirements workshops.
• Develop training and reference materials for participant services.
• Support validation and testing efforts to meet client needs.
• Assist with translation of business requirements to technical teams.
