Responsibilities

• Underwrite employer groups of high complexity and lead strategic rating decisions balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Mentor and subject-matter expert for Underwriters and Trainees; support high-profile cases and RFPs; collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, and Leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement, training development, and underwriting strategy.
