Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Manager to bridge customers and engineering. This remote US role reports to the National Clinical Implementation Director, with in-person hubs in Boston and New York.

You will own technical discovery, drive enterprise deployments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Strong API, data interoperability, and healthcare IT familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering in health tech, medtech, or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers in technical, operational, or consultative capacity.
• Track record of supporting enterprise-level technical sales and implementations end-to-end.
• Strong background in software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability (HL7/FHIR preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards (EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS), and hospital data environments.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics, and CRM/demos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert across the full customer lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and expansion.
• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities, technical evaluations, and enterprise stakeholder conversations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to surface clinical, operational, workflow, integration, and security requirements.
• Deliver customer presentations, workflow demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and executive business reviews.
• Partner with Customer Support and Technical Services to accelerate time-to-value and adoption.
• Design scalable implementation, adoption, and expansion workflows.
