Job summary

Beacon Biosignals seeks a Senior Systems Integration Manager to bridge customers and engineering, guiding technical discovery, integration, and post-sale adoption for enterprise clients across the US. This remote role blends deep technical expertise with sales acumen within a Commercial organization.

You will work with engineering and sales on proposals, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations, while ensuring smooth adoption and long-term customer success in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles in health tech, medtech, or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers in a technical, operational, or consultative capacity.
• Track record of supporting enterprise-level technical sales and implementations end-to-end.
• Strong background in software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability (HL7/FHIR preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and interoperability standards (EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS) and hospital data environments.
• Working understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and regulatory environments (HIPAA, FDA, CMS).
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated success cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer-facing, and commercial teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics and reporting tools, demo environments, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop proposals and deliver product demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the technical aspects of the sales process from inquiry to post-sale support.
• Analyze requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure successful product integration.
• Serve as the technical SME across the full customer lifecycle, from discovery through expansion.
• Partner with Sales on enterprise opportunities and executive stakeholder conversations.
• Build dashboards and reporting to give leadership visibility into customer health and commercial performance.
