Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the planning and execution of complex programs in healthcare technology. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and interface with clients to deliver value across the full project life cycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to set milestones, mitigate risks, and drive program success while supporting career development and ongoing learning through the company's academies and educational benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs through full lifecycle
• Medicaid and PBM experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP)
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and project management software
• Ability to translate program objectives into clear milestones
• Leadership to mentor junior staff
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills
• Creative problem-solver with ability to define structure from ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more medium-sized project management teams within a larger program
• Oversee staffing and provide direction to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Interface with client, leadership, and project teams to report metrics and steer changes
• Drive deliverable quality across all phases, defining objectives, schedules, budgets
• Identify risks, perform status reporting, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare detailed SOWs and obtain stakeholder approval
