Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead large PM teams and help deliver health and human services technology solutions. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting and client-facing communications to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role is remote-based within the United States with travel up to 10%. Applicants should bring 9+ years of complex project leadership, proficiency in Catalyst or PMP, and strong program-level budgeting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle.
• PMP or Catalyst certification preferred.
• Strong budgeting, tracking and project management software skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger programs and staffing.
• Plan, track and oversee staff with direction and deadlines for quality, timely completion.
• Communicate with client and leadership, measure and share project metrics/status; propose changes.
• Create schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives for quality deliverables across phases.
• Escalate risks and implement mitigation across non-direct reports.
