Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Health Tech to serve as the lead legal advisor for a growing health tech client roster. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and developing AI-native legal workflows.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of healthcare regulatory experience, active U.S. bar admission, and a track record building precedent libraries and playbooks for efficient legal delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years specialized experience in healthcare regulatory and health tech transactional law.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor across HIPAA compliance, FDA digital health frameworks, and healthcare regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate BAAs, vendor agreements, health data-sharing arrangements, and specialized commercial deals.
• Build, standardize, and maintain healthcare contract templates and precedent libraries integrated into AI-native workflows.
• Develop training materials and lead educational sessions to guide non-specialist attorneys on healthcare issues.
• Translate regulatory complexity into clear, actionable guidance while partnering with internal tech teams to optimize legal tools.
