Solutus Legal Search is exclusively retained to help recruit a Head Counsel, Regulatory for a mission-driven health and wellness platform. The role leads a team handling regulatory matters across digital care, pharmacy operations, and AI-regulated products, reporting to the VP, Legal, Legislative and Regulatory.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to counsel executives, manage risk, and shape legal strategy in a fast-paced,

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law, with both law firm and in-house practice.
• Deep knowledge of digital care delivery, clinical practice, and pharmacy operations regulations.
• Experience advising on Stark/Anti-Kickback laws and state/federal regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of attorneys handling complex regulatory matters across healthcare, tech, and AI.
• Advise executives on risk, strategy, and compliance to enable global growth.
• Build and mentor high-performing regulatory lawyers and partners.
