• Minimum 10 years in health-system training facilitation.
• Minimum 20 years enabling systems change activities.
• Minimum 10 years in health care financial management.
• Minimum 3 years in tobacco cessation evaluation findings.
• Minimum 10 years with health plan providers.
• Minimum 25 years in health system change principles.
• Minimum 10 years identifying health policy trends.
• Minimum 15 years in partnership building and relationship management.
• Minimum 15 years in program development and process improvement.
• Minimum 10 years in strategic planning.
• Minimum 15 years in health tech solutions for health care systems.
• Minimum 3 years in tobacco cessation initiatives.
• Minimum 10 years leading large and small healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM services for health system change initiatives.
• Develop Department cessation program strategies and high-level plans.
• Hold monthly meetings with Department staff to facilitate systems change.
• Coordinate meetings with Area Health Education Center offices; document outcomes.
• Engage with Quitline vendor to resolve cessation and interface issues.
• Collaborate with Department evaluators on cessation and health systems efforts.
• Incorporate evaluation recommendations into system change efforts.
• Coordinate with Department staff to leverage health systems change and IT solutions.
