Job summary

CDH Consulting Group, INC is seeking a Project Health and Safety Professional to drive day-to-day health and safety programs across all operations. You will provide technical expertise, oversee safety initiatives, and champion a proactive safety culture while collaborating with leadership, PMs, field teams, and clients.

The role requires building and sustaining safety performance, conducting audits and training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements to keep people

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management principles.
• Experience developing and implementing health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture integrated into planning and execution of work.
• Implement and continuously improve the Health and Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state/local, and client health and safety requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and deliver safety training and maintain records and certifications.
• Identify hazards, mitigate risks, and support project teams as the primary safety resource.
