Job summary

CDH Consulting seeks a committed Health & Safety professional to promote a culture of safety across projects and to implement and continuously improve our Health and Safety Management System. You will monitor OSHA, state, local, and client requirements and lead safety training to maintain records and certifications.

You will support project teams by identifying hazards, implementing risk mitigation, and serving as the primary safety resource.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of health and safety experience.
• Leadership or program management experience.
• Experience supporting field operations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture integrated into planning and execution.
• Maintain and improve Health and Safety Management System.
• Monitor OSHA and local compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training and maintain records.
• Identify hazards and mitigate risk for project teams.
