CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Manager will design and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large clients, safeguarding employees and surrounding communities.

The role is remote with candidates in the Eastern Time Zone and will require occasional travel to client sites within the portfolio, demanding strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory and safety objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• HSE management experience in data center, hospital, nuclear, military, or oil and gas industries preferred.
• Certifications as required by local authority.
• Ability to lead, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review playbooks, procedures to drive program consistency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks and develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and identify risk reduction methods.
• Work with high-profile stakeholders to identify concerns and provide solutions.
• Monitor regulatory compliance within the account and implement strategic improvements.
• Apply broad business knowledge and collaborate with other disciplines to meet objectives.
• Lead by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values and policies.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader departmental impacts and drive methodological improvements.
