CBRE is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Environment Manager to design and implement HSE programs for large clients, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management. This is a remote role aligned to Eastern Time, with occasional travel to client sites within the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, monitor safety metrics, and ensure adherence to CBRE policies and industry standards.

Formación

• HSE management experience in data center, hospital, nuclear, military, or oil and gas industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience/education.
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, review playbooks and procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track safety risks and develop strategies to avoid incidents.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and reduce risk.
• Work with stakeholders to identify concerns and propose solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement strategic solutions as required.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve complex problems and understand broader impacts.
• Improve and change methods and standards within the discipline.
