TMS International is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead safety initiatives in Cartersville, GA. You will implement policies, coach staff, and drive inspections and audits to maintain compliance and a culture of safety.

The role requires 8-10 years in industrial safety, OSHA certifications, and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and a DOE salary.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in industrial safety management.
• Associates Degree or 3 years in safety program management.
• Bachelor's in ABET accredited Safety program preferred.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Team player with strong work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits, monthly inspections, and incident investigations.
• Promote a safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain EH&S documentation and prepare reports for headquarters.
