Qualifications

• Ability to run/lead subprojects with minimal intervention.
• Contributions to health services research/biostatistics/epidemiology; peer‑reviewed publications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead investigators to coordinate research development and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Contribute to design of analytical approaches for specific research questions.
• Adhere to analytics, programming, and documentation standards with professional work ethic.
• Independently handle a wide range of analytical requests, including writing papers for journals and short data requests.
• Prepare medical and statistical papers and presentations for epidemiologic and health policy research.
• Assist authors with tables and figures for written materials.
• Present results in public forums to biostatisticians and clinicians and represent Arbor Research.
• Attend committee meetings, calls, and conferences.
• Contribute to writing and producing proposals for new projects.
• Develop SAS code for analyses and verify accuracy of coding.
• Provide mentoring to junior analysts and help with methodological approaches.
• Mentor junior Research Analysts and work to achieve project objectives.
• Lead analytic approaches with Principal Investigators.
• Demonstrate ongoing desire to improve skills/knowledge.
• Demonstrate ability to work with external investigators.
