Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a senior professional to serve as a leader and subject matter expert on large health projects. You will mentor teams, engage clients, and advance project quality while shaping design concepts and construction documentation.

You will drive internal SME teams, contribute to marketing pursuits, and lead the development of architectural drawings, ensuring integrated sustainable design and effective coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader and expert on health projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• 1 Lead internal Subject Matter Expert Teams
• 2 Mentor team members and engage clients
• 3 Lead marketing pursuits and client-facing communications
• 4 Develop architectural drawings and specifications translating concepts into construction documents
• 5 Ensure Integrated Sustainable Design solutions are incorporated
• 6 Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• 7 Guide others in design concepts and project execution
• 8 Allocate 80% billable time and 10% marketing time
• 9 Other duties as assigned
