Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Subject matter expert on health projects (large/complex).
• US licensure preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Strong business acumen and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader and SME on large, health-focused projects.
• Lead internal SME teams and mentor staff.
• Engage clients and advance the quality of design work.
• Contribute to marketing pursuits and project proposals.
• Develop architectural drawings and specifications for construction.
• Translate planning concepts into clear reports and drawings.
