Job summary

CannonDesign is seeking a Senior Construction Administration lead to guide project teams, manage contracts, and ensure quality and cost control from start to finish on large-scale projects. You will collaborate with project directors and discipline leaders, oversee site meetings, risk assessment, RFI handling, submittals, and change management, and travel as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in construction administration.
• Healthcare and Education project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project CA team and coordinate with design and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain the project Risk Assessment process during Construction Administration.
• Attend site meetings and manage cost, schedule, and field coordination.
• Oversee change management, RFI responses, and submittals.
• Review and interpret construction documents and coordinate with consultants.
• Lead QA/QC site visits and ensure compliance with project procedures.
