Job summary

Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking a Practice Coordinator for Senior Health Primary Care. The role supports daily operations, staff performance reviews, and scheduling for patients, providers, and departments to improve access and efficiency.

Qualified candidates have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, two years in a busy office, and familiarity with medical terminology; EPIC PSR experience is a plus. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in a busy, complex office environment managing multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, PC skills, and office software.
• EPIC PSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the work area and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage and coordinate patient, provider, and departmental schedules to maximize access.
• Support budgeting, training, and quality processes in partnership with leadership.
• Organize meetings, track minutes, and ensure compliance with policies.
