Senior Health Primary Care in Manchester, part of Elliot Health System, seeks a Practice Coordinator NE to oversee daily operations under the Practice Manager, ensuring smooth front-office and non-clinical workflows.

The role emphasizes scheduling, staff orientation, quality processes, budget adherence, and ensuring patient access and service excellence; EPIC PSR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of two years in a busy office environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and general office software; EPIC PSR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines to improve departmental efficiency and delegate duties.
• Manage and coordinate patient, provider and departmental schedules.
• Assist in achieving patient experience goals and budget adherence.
• Coordinate orientation and training of new staff and document competency.
• Ensure policy compliance and effective problem solving within the office.
• Organize meetings, rooms, catering and AV equipment as needed.
• Monitor time and attendance and ensure accurate charge capture and billing.
