• Experience with personnel administration and compliance training.
• Experience collecting data and preparing financial or statistical reports.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning, organization, control, and review of activities to ensure standards are followed.
• Ensure all operational personnel complete required training and development.
• Monitor and report operational metrics; develop resolution plans with department managers.
