Point32Health is seeking a Director of Contracting to lead contract strategy, development, negotiation, and implementation for hospitals, physician groups, and integrated delivery systems across markets and products.

You will lead a team negotiating contracts, including risk arrangements, to support membership growth, quality, and financial performance, while fostering strategic provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• Experience in managed care contracting and collaboration with providers.
• Medicare Advantage experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop provider networks to meet goals for access, membership, quality, medical cost, and earnings.
• Direct contract negotiation and management with physicians, ACOs, and hospitals to meet business goals and regulatory timelines.
• Coach, support, and train staff to devise proposals, strategies, and options for contract negotiation.
• Advise on performance improvement plans and identify contract strategies and incentives that support performance.
• Engage with stakeholders and chair leadership meetings concerning provider strategy and network development.
