Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead analytic support for negotiations and contracts.
• Experience handling regulatory requests and external provider meetings.
• Strong data preparation and analytical modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages analysts in design and execution of complex analyses to measure the financial impact of provider contracts and payment changes.
• Maintains knowledge of provider contracts including value-based reimbursement models and cost drivers.
• Manages submission of regulatory requests and annual re-contracting of provider network for commercial business.
• Collaborates with Network Contracting, Provider Analytics, Accounting, Trends and Reserving for provider risk discussions.
• Leads team to identify opportunities to improve financial position through payment arrangements.
• Develops and enhances department tools; coordinates quarterly reviews of provider performance.
