CareMore Health Management Services, LLC is seeking a Network Contracting Lead to own complex provider agreements across physician groups, hospitals, and health systems. The role focuses on negotiating terms that support CareMore's value-based care model, Medicare Advantage populations, and network adequacy while aligning with financial and operational goals.

• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Experience with value-based care and reimbursement models.
• Strategic advisory for provider networks and market growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex provider contract negotiations with physician groups, specialists, hospitals, ancillary providers, health systems, and other partners.
• Develop and execute contracting strategies that support CareMore's clinical model, patient access, network adequacy, and financial objectives.
• Independent evaluation and negotiation of reimbursement terms, contract structures, performance requirements, and value-based arrangements.
• Manage complex contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and renegotiations with minimal disruption to care.
• Partner with market and clinical leadership to evaluate provider network needs and develop contracting solutions.
• Evaluate provider performance, market competitiveness, reimbursement trends, and network adequacy for cost optimization.
• Develop and negotiate provider agreements that support value-based care, quality improvement, and total cost of care management.
• Provide contracting recommendations, financial analyses, and identified risks to senior leadership.
