Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare interface deployments for the VA OEHRM program from our Arlington, VA office. You will drive planning, design, testing, and cutover activities, coordinating across vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong project management skills with ability to guide both functional and technical perspectives.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across vendor and client teams.
Willing to work in Arlington, VA office 4x/week and manage complex deployments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope.
Oversee vendor coordination and communication across project lifecycle.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for executive reporting.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
Work with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables stay within scope and budget.
Collaborate with Release Manager and PMO on status reporting and IMS updates.
Document risks and mitigation strategies for proactive management.
Maintain interface deployment status in reporting tools.
Travel up to 25% within DC metro area.
