Job summary

Oracle Health in Little Rock, AR seeks a Federal Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of healthcare interfaces, including creation, localization, deployment and cutover activities. The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and guiding both functional and technical perspectives, while independently driving work forward and managing schedules.

The position involves leading meetings, documenting risks, and promoting deployment readiness across the VA OEHRM program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare interfaces or complex IT deployments.
• Ability to guide both functional and technical perspectives.
• Strong scheduling, reporting and issue/risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope.
• Oversee vendor coordination and communication.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize project progress.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
• Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to confirm integration scope and develop a repeatable cutover and deployment process.
• Coordinate with the Interface Deployment team on status reporting and IMS updates.
• Document, brief and elevate risks and issues; plan and execute mitigation strategies.
• Communicate defined processes and procedures to team members and ensure adherence.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates for interface deployment status in reporting tools.
• Create and maintain the Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery WBS.
• Travel: 25% to the DC metro area.
