Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word)
• In-depth business and application knowledge
• System analysis and hospital setting experience preferred
• Ability to document needs and define best approach
• Strong analytical and data collection skills
• Ability to read and interpret industry publications and regulations
• Effective report writing and presentation skills
• Project management and resource planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Document and design workflow changes to support business requirements
• Collaborate with external vendors for third‑party app integration and support
• Resolve incidents and problems per service levels and standards
• Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams
• Perform quality reviews of team builds
• Create training and knowledge materials for peers
• Oversee hardware/software configuration to meet client specs
• Develop and understand end-user reporting needs
• Participate in on-call and command center duties
• Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts
