Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions.
- Translate technology requirements into design and development specs.
- Configure, test, install, and maintain systems and workflows.
- Document workflow changes and technical designs.
- Collaborate with vendors for third-party applications integration.
- Lead cross-functional projects and manage resources.
- Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts.
- Participate in team and leadership meetings to share information.
