You will develop dashboards and data models, support month-end processes, and help identify savings opportunities while navigating diverse data sources in a fast-paced health benefits environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related analytical roles.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and run reporting, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making for payment integrity services.
• Track and manage group product changes, deviations, and implementations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources.
• Month-end support – accruals, variance analysis, reporting updates.
• Vendor payment and group billing reconciliations.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and other ad hoc analytical needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to answer questions or resolve issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to optimize product and process efficiency.
• Utilize multiple data sources to identify and quantify savings and revenue opportunities.
