The Senior Health Data Analyst will govern the TRL, evaluate new data sources, and build dashboards to monitor data quality across prescription and claims data within the Veeva Compass suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years analyzing record-level prescription and medical claims datasets.
• 4+ years in health data quality analysis, profiling, and governance.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large-scale relational databases.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare codes: NDC, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, LOINC, and payer/plan data.
• Experience visualizing data quality findings for stakeholders via Excel/BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, quantitative, or healthcare informatics (or equivalent).
• Nice to have: Python, Sigma BI, life sciences industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the Terminology Reference Library (TRL) and core reference datasets across prescription and medical claims.
• Query and map new data sources to core schemas and assess fit.
• Perform data cleansing to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Investigate data anomalies and assess downstream impact on products.
• Develop dashboards to track data quality metrics and document processes and validation reports.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, PMs, and Developers to build robust data pipelines.
