Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst to advance data quality across the Veeva Compass TRL.

You will manage reference data for drug information, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, LOINC, and payer data, and query prescription and medical claims to support integration of new sources into core schemas. You will build interactive dashboards to monitor data quality, draft technical documentation, and collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Developers to optimize data pipelines

Qualifications

• 4+ years analyzing record-level prescription and medical claims datasets.
• 4+ years health data quality analysis, data profiling, and data governance.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large relational databases.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare code sets (NDC, ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, LOINC) and payer data.
• Experience storytelling with data using Excel, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Sigma) or interactive dashboards.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured healthcare data issues.

Responsabilités

• Drive TRL Governance: Maintain and expand the Terminology Reference Library (TRL) with core reference datasets across prescription and medical claims.
• Evaluate & Integrate New Data: Query data, map fields, and integrate new sources into core schemas.
• Execute Quality & Cleansing Workflows: Perform data quality checks, deduplication, and ensure timeliness.
• Continuous Product Improvement: Investigate data anomalies and assess downstream customer impact.
• Build Metrics & Documentation: Develop dashboards to track data quality metrics and document processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists, PMs, and Developers to improve data pipelines.
