Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst to focus on the Compass Patient data product, working across data support, quality, and network improvements. You’ll own health data investigations and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams in a remote-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPIs, and scalable data enhancements across billions of records, with a strong emphasis on data quality and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription and medical claims data.
• Advanced SQL skills to query relational databases.
• Familiarity with ICD, CPT/HCPCS, and NDC billing codes.
• Experience documenting analytics results for stakeholders and defining KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own investigation and resolution of data observations driven by stakeholders.
• Understand product pipeline and identify data improvements.
• Build templates to streamline data quality in target domains.
• Lead analytics projects in data and feature roadmaps.
• Design data analytics and data quality features including match, merge, dedupe, enrichment, mappings.
• Establish quality metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
