Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced project manager to direct the end-to-end implementation of Self-funded New Business Clients in Lincoln. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables and maintain client satisfaction.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A 40-hour work week with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of Self-funded New Business Clients implementation.
• Partners with stakeholders to address critical implementation issues.
• Acts as single point of contact for implementation.
• Coordinates resolution of project deliverables and tasks.
• Develops and executes implementation strategy aligned with client expectations.
• Ensures strategy adheres to performance guarantee arrangements.
• Engages team members to follow through on responsibilities.
• Assesses exceptions and develops alternatives to satisfy client needs while minimizing impact on systems.
