Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Benefits Administration Health and Welfare Sr. Analyst to support service delivery for the Benefits Administration Health and Welfare work stream across CA and other states. You will collaborate with teams to manage annual enrollment, data integrity, and vendor coordination for 150k+ employees and 25k providers.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, benefits knowledge, and clear communication of complex data to drive strategic value for multi-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting HR operations and benefits processes.
• Proficient in Excel with data validation, billing and auditing.
• Experience with HRIS data movement and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for benefits customer service and support.
• Coordinate data movement between HRIS/ERP systems and external vendors.
• Identify and resolve production issues in benefits administration.
• Lead changes for new benefit initiatives and test plans.
• Document requirements and ensure clear communication.
• Audit data exchanges with vendors to ensure integrity.
