Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting HR systems and testing.
• Skilled in Excel data validation, billing and auditing.
• Experience supporting HR Operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related customer service and support.
• Manage and troubleshoot data movement between systems and vendors.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues in benefits administration.
• Lead changes for new benefit initiatives and document test plans.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and communicate changes clearly.
• Audit data exchanges with vendors to ensure data integrity.
