Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits and retirement programs.
• Coordinate benefit-related matters for leaves and enrollment changes.
• Maintain benefit data in automated systems (PeopleSoft, CHRS, PIMS, MyCalPERS).
• Prepare benefit plan documents and payroll-related transactions.
• Coordinate with Payroll and state agencies to resolve discrepancies.
