McKesson is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of health and welfare benefit programs. You will partner with employees, HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate benefits, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvements, annual enrollment, and effective communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of benefits experience are required, with strong Excel and HRIS skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of benefit plan designs, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration & Data Management: support day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefit programs.
• Financial Reconciliation & Vendor Management: perform reconciliations and support vendor funding activities.
• Employee Support & Issue Resolution: respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefits issues.
• Annual Enrollment & Program Delivery: assist with enrollment activities and communications.
• Wellness & Employee Engagement: assist with wellness program initiatives and communications.
• Process Improvement & Technology Enablement: identify automation opportunities and leverage AI tools.
