McKesson is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of health and welfare benefit programs. You will work closely with employees, HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate benefit administration and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include data processing in Workday, financial reconciliation with vendors, annual enrollment support, and program delivery enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefit programs. Review, validate, and process benefits-related data within Workday and supporting systems.
  • Analyze benefits data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with Payroll, HRIS, vendors, and employees.
  • Perform recurring reconciliations of vendor invoices, eligibility files, premium billing reports, and participant account activity.
  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding benefit programs, eligibility, enrollment, and plan provisions.
  • Support planning, testing, validation, and execution of Annual Enrollment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage automation and AI-enabled tools.
