Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support administration and continuous improvement of health and welfare benefit programs. You will partner with employees, HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate benefit administration and positive employee experience.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvements, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in benefits-related workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of health and welfare benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefit plan designs and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefit programs.
• Validate and process benefits data within Workday and supporting systems.
• Analyze benefits data, resolve discrepancies with Payroll/HRIS/vendors.
• Support annual enrollment activities and employee communications.
