Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy industry (PBM, consultant, manufacturer).
• Experience working with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R with good coding hygiene and documentation practices.

• Lead analytics projects, collaborating with stakeholders to build reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Translate client questions into analytical approaches and recommendations; deliver measurable client value.
• Develop and maintain documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
• Support development of enterprise reporting frameworks and analytics standards.
• Mentor Analysts and lead knowledge sharing; drive quality and process improvements.
