Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking a Principal Analyst to translate complex medical and pharmacy data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will partner with Finance, Actuarial, Clinical, and Product teams to evaluate cost drivers, utilization trends, and affordability opportunities.

You will leverage SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and Power BI to develop predictive and descriptive analyses, and you will communicate recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or related fields.
• Experience analyzing medical and pharmacy claims data.
• Experience partnering with actuarial/finance teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience using Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Excel or Power BI.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into structured analytical approaches and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Evaluate financial impact of benefit design and program strategies.
