Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in health analytics, health insurance, or health economics.
• Strong foundation in applied statistics, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Experience in building production-grade ML models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference and predictive modeling workstreams for US Health Analytics.
• Collaborate with ABS, cloud architects, and offshore teams for data pipelines and deployment.
• Design, build, and tune tabular analyses and predictive models on large claims data.
• Document methods, data definitions, and results for clients and leaders.
• Ensure end-to-end MLOps, model registries, testing, and governance.
