Job summary

Marsh's Actuarial and Financial Group is seeking a Senior Health Actuary to lead complex client engagements, shape health actuarial services, and mentor team members. This hybrid role requires presence in the office at least three days per week, with opportunities across Marsh offices in the U.S.

You will review client reports, develop strategic recommendations, and contribute to business development while advancing health actuarial intellectual capital.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with large clients (10,000+ lives) and health/benefits experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex presentations.
• Experience leading and developing team members in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial and financial client engagements and relationships to ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Review and deliver client reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending strategies or solutions.
• Provide high-level reviews of statements of actuarial opinion, underwritings, and other actuarial analyses and projections.
• Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities and representing AFG in proposal efforts.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Advance intellectual capital through health actuarial thought leadership and innovative solutions.
